Who does the checks
The firm checks clients through easyAML (or InfoTrack's Compliance Centre), or in person. Helen Carter is the AML/CTF compliance officer: they approve enhanced due diligence and alone see concerns raised privately. Suspicious matter reports go to AUSTRAC through the firm's own program.
Not legal advice
Which services are designated, and the thresholds used here, are EmuTel's reading and must be confirmed against the firm's AML/CTF program.
