Microsoft 365 sign-in
There are no emu.legal passwords. Everyone signs in with the firm's own Microsoft 365, so leaving the firm, a lost phone or a password reset is handled where it already is. Only people from the firm's Microsoft 365 that the administrator has added can get in.

MFA
Checked every sign-in
The firm's Conditional Access policy for authentication context c1 requires MFA. emu.legal asks for c1 every time and refuses a sign-in that doesn't carry it.
Sessions
Signed out after 30 minutes idle and after 12 hours whatever happens. Deactivating someone, or changing their roles, takes effect on their next click.
