The firm is the merchant
Each firm has its own Stripe account under EmuTel's platform (acct_demo_riverina), so the firm's name is on the client's card statement. The demo uses a stand-in for Stripe: nothing is charged.
Not into trust, yet
Card payments into the trust account stay off until Stripe confirms in writing that the full amount reaches trust and trust is never debited for fees or chargebacks (LPUL s146, Handbook 6.6).
